Ministry Notes from Sister Mildred Busch
Acolyte Continuing Education Sessions will be held on Tue., January 24 and Thu., January 26 at 6:30 p.m. All acolytes are asked to attend ONE of these sessions. They will be held in the Commons Area. Reader/Lector Continuing Education Sessions will be held on Tue., January 24 and Thu., January 26 at 7:45 p.m. All readers and lectors are asked to attend ONE of these sessions. They will be held in the Commons Area. These are scheduled in such a way that if you are both an acolyte and a reader/lector, you will be able to attend both sessions in one evening. With the change in our Mass schedules, we need to revise the Ministry Schedule for February. For the month of February those ministers scheduled for the 4:00pm Mass will be ministers for the 5:00pm Mass. If you cannot serve as a minister at the 5:00pm Mass, please find a substitute…..those originally scheduled for the 5:30 might be available Those ministers scheduled for the 5:30 Mass will ‘drop out’ for the month of February. Beginning in March…..with the new schedule….I will combine the 4:00pm and the 5:30pm ministers; and assume you want to continue serving at the Saturday Mass. If this is not true, please email me as soon as possible and indicate which Masses you would like to be scheduled for. OTHER NOTES Congratulations to Eric Howerter and Wyatt Madsen who have “graduated” Altar Serving class. They will begin serving on weekends

However, we are requesting a couple of things from you. #1 Since you registered has anything changed in your family…..email address, mailing address, phone numbers, new family members, status of Sacraments for each family member etc.? If there have been changes, please fill in those sections on the form and return it as indicated. You need not fill out the entire form….only changes. #2 We have added a question at the bottom of the form… Does anyone in your family have Sacramental needs? If that is the case, please call or email Fr. Borowiak or Sr. Mildred; and we will follow-up with you.
